Established company looking for managing partner

Midwest KC MO KS Posted 1 week, 6 days ago
Noble General Contracting LLC 8163609694    Website

With the weather prediction I just watched they said softball sized hail Monday and tornadoes. I am a full service General Contractor so O&P has never been a problem and we can net more doe out of jobs doing the entire work on the property. I started in the insurance restoration back in 2009 in Homer LA and I only did it long enough for me to get back to what I was doing before 2008. Home building. I never liked the storm business but I know some love it. I know it is profitable as long as you do not have dopes in your organization/company. I am busy building and with my company and nothing other than a website I have been getting calls for recent storms and just say we are to busy sorry unfortunately I have to say this to referral work calls because I am really to busy. . I came here in 2011 for a large storm in KS started my company in 2012. I am registered with the state of Kansas a must. I have a crew that has been with me from the start that is just a phone call away. I have accounts at suppliers. I have everything except a person that is serious about life and wanting more out of it. I have not been looking for someone to handle this side of my business but man with all the storms this year I am just throwing this out there. Maybe you are a "sales" person in your 20s and have been treated unfairly by scumbags in this business and are confident enough to take a lead roll/make it happen. Honestly if I was young and someone handed me this opportunity I would be all over it. You would have to basically set up the entire process, but the company is already here with everything to go. If i was not busy it would be what I would be 100% focused on. I say that because I "worked" for some when I chased storms. This is not an employee offer. This is a performance/percentage based opportunity. I do not have door knockers..."sales people" or leads from and online sites. With the right person I can set up an office. All the ingredients are here to go. We have had many storms this spring and more predicted Monday. I do not care what one does in their personal life as long as it does not affect the bottom line. I have met many clowns when storm chasing I can easily weed them out. I must have edited this 3 times. Best to call
