Your roof is your first line of defense against the weather elements outside of your home.

You know you can’t protect your house if your roof isn’t up to the job. When you start to see shingles in the yard instead of on the roof where they belong, or your roof springs a small leak here and there, you might think it’s time to replace the entire system. However, sometimes you are just fine to get a roof repair instead of a complete replacement. Replacing a roof is quite an investment and if you can have roof repair done instead, you can protect your budget and your home at the same time.

Here are a few roof repair items that you can solve with a simple tune-up.

1-Missing Shingles

It’s concerning to see shingles missing from your roof and you know it’s only a matter of time before a small, or even a large leak begins in your attic. You don’t want to mess with leaks, but missing shingles don’t mean you necessarily need a full roof replacement. Have a professional assess your roof and see if you can get roof repair by simply replacing the shingles that are missing.

2-Small Leaks

Small leaks are no small ordeal and you know if you ignore them, they’ll only get bigger and cause worse water damage and issues inside. You want to address even small leaks, but they don’t always call for a huge project like a roof replacement. Depending on the cause, many small leaks only take roof repair to lengthen the lifespan of your roof many years.

There are other roof issues that can be addressed with roof repair over a complete replacement, but the only way you can know for sure is to contact Go Roof Tune Up for help. We’ll come to your home and give your roof a complete tune-up. Whether you know what problems your roof has or not, roof repair is never a bad idea. We won’t repair things unless we’re certain it will work in your situation. And we won’t recommend a full replacement on your roof unless you truly need it. We understand the area where you live and we know what weather patterns your roof is up against. In order to protect your home, get your roof repair done by professionals who care.
