Heidi Ellsworth: We are on the sound stage at IRE in Dallas, Texas. I know I've mentioned this before, brought to you by SRS, but here today I have my dear friend who I think left the roofing industry for a minute.
Kaili Smith: Yeah.
Heidi Ellsworth: And then when she came back I was so happy. I was so happy because we missed you so much. This is Callie with JobNimbus. Callie, introduce yourself.
Kaili Smith: Hi. I'm over at JobNimbus. I'm head of their marketing there. It's been awesome. Yeah. I love for a minute and came back because I missed roofing too much.
Heidi Ellsworth: I know.
Kaili Smith: It's awesome over here.
Heidi Ellsworth: No one leaves roofing. That's just how it works.
Kaili Smith: No, and then if you try, you get dragged right back.
Heidi Ellsworth: That's right.
Kaili Smith: It's just too much fun. It's really cool.
Heidi Ellsworth: I know. It's so good. So it's wild out there.
Kaili Smith: Oh, yeah. There's lots of people. And the line's insane to get in.
Heidi Ellsworth: The line is insane to get in, we keep hearing that. So tell us about what's happening in the JobNimbus booth. What are you guys talking about at this IRE?
Kaili Smith: Yeah, so we're boost blended two this time, which is really cool. So we have it where if you want to learn more about us, we'll come show you a demo or our mobile app. We came out our new mobile app this year and it's 2000 reviews, 4.7 out of five stars this morning. It's so much better, so much easier to do offline so we love showing that. And then we have our other section for our customers so come by our booth if you're a customer. We have our support team here. We have our product team here for feedback. Have our set-up.
Heidi Ellsworth: Nice.
Kaili Smith: We have our account managers. We're all here. We got your back. We want to make sure everything's ready to go for busy season.
Heidi Ellsworth: You have a big booth.
Kaili Smith: Yeah.
Heidi Ellsworth: I know, someone was walking by and they said, did you see the JobNimbus booth? It's really cool. So congratulations.
Kaili Smith: Yeah, it's awesome. We're really lucky.
Heidi Ellsworth: That's really good. So you and I have been talking too. You do such great marketing and really providing content and information. So I know you're working on a benchmark report.
Kaili Smith: Yes.
Heidi Ellsworth: And we're going to be doing some stuff together on that.
Kaili Smith: Yeah.
Heidi Ellsworth: Tell us a little bit about that.
Kaili Smith: So I'm really excited. We officially launched it yesterday, so you can go to our site. Just jobnimbus.com/peakperformance. So we surveyed about 3% of the roofing industry, which is super cool. Thank you for everyone who responded. It's super hard to do that.
Heidi Ellsworth: That's huge.
Kaili Smith: So thank you for letting us survey you guys. And we split into different parts. So marketing best practices, sales best practices, production, cash flow, communication.
Heidi Ellsworth: Wow, okay.
Kaili Smith: Future outlook. We wanted to see what the best of the best are doing and we split it between revenue and ratings. Because ratings equals money, right?
Heidi Ellsworth: Yes.
Kaili Smith: So we wanted to make sure that we could show, "Okay, what are you doing? What are you best of the best? Where you stand, where are you focusing on?" And it's really cool. We have main takeaways for each section because benchmarks are great.
Heidi Ellsworth: Yeah.
Kaili Smith: We love them. But a lot of the times you read them go, "Okay, so what?"
Heidi Ellsworth: Right.
Kaili Smith: So we answer that for you. "Hey, this is what matters. These are your next steps to be best in class." So I'm really pumped about, it's such a good report.
Heidi Ellsworth: When we went over it that's the part I really loved and I don't see that too often. But you really pointed out best of class, these are the ones that are doing it and this is how you can incorporate that. That's unique.
Kaili Smith: Yeah. Well that's why we're here. We're here to be roofers heroes. We've said that from the beginning, that's our mission statement. And what better way to do that than, let's see where you stand and see what your next step is to get better. So you want to be highly reviewed? Turns out you want to use social media. If you want to have a highly reviewed company.
Heidi Ellsworth: Yes! Here We are.
Kaili Smith: You want to text, you want to have the option to take digital payments. Those are the three biggest leading indicators. So we want to make sure everyone can find some easy items that you don't have to pay for, you don't have to do stuff, that's just incorporated in your process.
Heidi Ellsworth: Learning from each other, which is what this is all about.
Kaili Smith: Exactly.
Heidi Ellsworth: Tell everybody, I know probably everyone knows who JobNimbus is, but we kind of skipped over that. Why don't talk just a little bit... No, that's me.
