While at the International Builders Show, Heidi J. Ellsworth had the chance to catch up with Theo Maglio of DaVinci Roofscapes for a quick interview. Theo is the western regional sales manager for DaVinci, which is a Westlake Company. In his role, he oversees both sales and customer relations for the roofing product division. This has helped him build on almost a decade of experience in the building products industry.
Theo has seen firsthand how high-performing DaVinci’s composite offerings are. “Our products can work in pretty much any kind of climate. We're Class 4 impact rated for hail, Class A fire rated for wildfires and we are hurricane velocity wind zone rated as well,” he shared. Additionally, for those in climates that struggle with heat management, DaVinci offers unique cool roof tiles that reflect the sunlight and heat away from the home!
DaVinci products achieve all of this without sacrificing a home's aesthetics. These U.S.-made tiles are made of virgin resins that are fortified with UV-stabilizers. This means that not only will they last longer than traditional slate in a variety of climates, but they will also continue to look good throughout their lifespan. Further, when it comes to color, the sky is the limit with DaVinci products. They offer a variety of color palette options as well as custom blends for customers looking for the perfect option to enhance their home’s curb appeal.
The cherry on top of all of these aesthetic and performance benefits? Offering a lifetime limited material warranty on their products! DaVinci stands behind their belief that “you won’t find a more realistic or better-performing roofing product anywhere.”
