Centerpoint Connect shares how customer experiences and assessments help make them better.  

Karen Edwards of RoofersCoffeeShop® links up with Will Riley from Centerpoint Connect Roofing CRM at the International Roofing Expo (IRE) 2023, catching up on business techniques and customer services feedback.  

Centerpoint Connect is a "front-end system to a roofing business,” says Will. It’s a software program that allows the tracking of sales and production but can even dispatch invoices. From the start of a project to the end of it, Centerpoint Connect offers production estimating which also allows the ability take measurements and provide a template and a quote for that job.  

Asking about evaluations from customers, Will feels very positive about the overall customer service they are able to provide. “I hope that our customers know that we're going to listen to their feedback and try to implement that where we can,” he says. Through the clients, Centerpoint Connect has been able to work out the kinks in their systems, to make it easier to access and operate. What makes Centerpoint Connect a great resource is that they are able to discuss with their customers online or over the phone what kind of a project they’re working on, be it a time sensitive project or a laidback assignment. 

Will mentions that “implementing a new system can sometimes be a little painful and overwhelming but the reality is it’s a lot to overhaul... we try to make it as easy as we can because it needs to be.” Centerpoint Connect offers access to their own libraries and templates so that contractors don’t need to feel like they have to do everything themselves. They are offering support.  

Continuing to work with their clients has helped Centerpoint Connect revise their programs and in turn help their customers too. Both go hand in hand when it comes to prospects.
