Explore how this fully integrated CRM tool can save you time so you can focus on the ones you love. 

“I'm missing my kid's baseball games due to work. My wife is starting to get irritated with me. I need to take a vacation. I either need a CRM, or I need to hire an office person." 

Sound familiar?  

This was a real-life contractor anecdote shared by Katy Rebernak of Beacon Building Products in this episode of Roofing Road Trips®.  Katy was joined by Alexandra Bohanon of Leap to discuss their companies’ partnership to save contractors time and money by providing a streamlined, integrated CRM solution. 

On the one hand, if you are constantly busy, this is great news. This likely means you provide quality service that brings in steady work. However, you may not be optimizing your time well enough to actually grow and scale your business. Hiring additional people like office managers could turn out to be more costly and less effective, whereas a CRM can save you time and overhead costs. 

“CRMs, like Leap, are giving contractors a lot more tools and the capability of managing their business so that they can get the five-star reviews, they can go sell the next house, they can get the next job. That's really what Beacon wants,” Katy stated. “We know that when contractors are successful, we are successful. We could not exist without helping them and supporting them to grow and be more efficient. That's really our goal with this partnership.” 

With this integration, contractors have access to multiple data reporting tools to make smarter business decisions with greater confidence, without the extra legwork. In addition, both Leap and Beacon are committed to providing services that are private and secure.
