Finishing Dynamics is a WBE (Women Business Enterprise) certified finishing and fabrication facility that provides the highest quality fluoropolymer paint system in standard and custom colors for architectural aluminum and steel products.

Since 2004, our company continues to leads the industry in providing customer service, processing and production performance.

Finishing Dynamics consistently has a competitive edge over other paint facilities as we use utilize cutting edge technology, the highest quality standards and offer the largest processing window in the Southeast - able to paint parts as large as 5' wide x 7' high x 38’ long. With our sister company, American Metalcraft, Inc, we also offer design-assist, engineering, fabrication and finishing for a total metal manufacturing solution.

What We Do

Our system utilizes cutting edge technology and offers the largest processing window in the Western hemisphere of 4′ wide x 5.5′ high x 38′ long. We encourage all of our customers to visit our 75,000+ square foot facility. We are an industry leader in PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride also commonly known as Kynar®) liquid and FEVE application for commercial metal products. We are an approved applicator for Sherwin-Williams, Valspar, Akzo Nobel, and PPG.

Metal is chemically cleaned and treated using our five stage pre-treatment system. All paint is manually applied using electrostatic paint guns and is cured in our industrial bake oven. The manual spray process ensures complete coverage of exposed surfaces regardless of profile. Each piece is checked and tested rigorously by our quality department. We meet and exceed all AAMA 2605 testing procedures. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your next project.

Finishing

Limitless color options and possibilities with the strength and durability of Kynar-500® resin-based coating. For more than 50 years, finishes based on Kynar 500^® PVDF resin have helped protect commercial, industrial and residential buildings around the world. Kynar 500® is a special grade of PVDF resin used by licensed industrial paint manufactures as the base resin in long-life coatings for aluminum, galvanized steel and aluminized steel.

Since 2004, Finishing Dynamics^® has been a leader in the metal coating industry. We have established long term relationships with many customers because they know they can trust the quality and high standards of our products. We can offer you a standard color package or match your sample for a custom color powder. We have the ability to provide many “outside the box” finishes. AMI has fabricated engineered metal products and we are dedicated to meeting your design needs with the best products possible. The idea of “engineered metal products” means freedom for architects and designers. AMI doesn’t maintain any inventory. All products are custom fabrications for specific projects. For this reason, we don’t ask designers to work within a particular panel size or module.
