At ServiceCon 2025, contractors got more than advice — they got a practical roadmap for scaling their operations without sacrificing customer experience. Chad Westbrook of Service Alignment delivered a standout session on how to double the profit of a business overnight and the strategies he shared made it clear: growth without progress isn’t growth at all.
“My purpose is to help raise the floor of our industry,” Chad said during a live interview at the event. His presentation focused on what it really takes to grow — not just adding trucks to a fleet but building a cohesive team and curating a positive customer experience that can scale with the business.
ServiceCon 2025 brought together some of the top service minds in roofing and construction. But what set this event apart, according to Chad, was its workshop approach. “You need to leave with something,” he said, explaining why Service Alignment helped sponsor and shape the event’s hands-on format.
One major theme? Consistency. Chad expressed the importance of creating a repeatable customer journey across all service touchpoints. “It’s as simple as, do you call when you’re on the way or not?” he said. Small practices like these, consistently applied, set businesses apart in a crowded market.
Attendees also walked away with a detailed workbook to help them track lessons learned, what ideas fit their company culture — and what didn’t. Chad said it’s just as important to recognize what won’t work for your team as it is to grab new strategies.
Service Alignment’s free community for commercial roofing contractors continues that spirit of collaboration, offering a space where contractors can share challenges and ideas without the noise of public forums. Chad joked, “You don't get roasted on Facebook when you ask questions.”
