Providing Training Helps Team Members Represent Your Brand

RCS Influencer Rudy Gutierrez says that team members are an integral part of sales and marketing.

At Shell Roofing, our team members are absolutely a part of our sales and marketing. Brand messaging is extremely important to project professionalism and team unity. Not only do we dress with our company represented on our clothing, our team members go through a training process to learn our company story and strategy.

They review our marketing information and most importantly are trained on what we want the customer experience to be. We strive very hard to provide the best service possible in a prompt, professional and dependable manner. Our employees are responsible for delivering that experience to our customers. We want customers to be delighted and surprised that working with a roofing contractor was a pleasant, stress-free experience.

All of our team members are also sales representatives of the company. They are who people see on a project, they interact with potential customers at expos and networking events. People want to do business with people that they feel good about, who are professional and experienced in their craft. Our team knows that every interaction they have with a potential client is a direct representation of the experience they can expect to have when they decide to use our services for their roofing needs.

Anyone who wants to be part of the team at Shell Roofing understands our expectation because we share that with them even prior to them joining the team. They must be willing to adhere to and uphold our high standards of professionalism and quality performance or they are not going to be a fit within our company.

Because we provide branded apparel, training on the company’s vision and brand, and share our company story with team members they truly are able to embrace the brand, our message and our strategy.
