This year, the Dataforma PSU annual conference will be held at the Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton in Scottsdale, Arizona. The conference will take place November 13-14, with an agenda full of educational sessions that will help you boost your business.  

Education sessions 

Dataforma PSU is designed for you! When you fill out the registration form, their team pays attention to the notes you leave about what you’re looking for information-wise, so they can customize their offerings for your business needs. 

One of the hallmark features of this event is the powerful roundtable sessions that connect attendees with Dataforma super users and dive into topics such as “hiring/training field employees, residential, templates, preventative maintenance” and more! Additionally, Dataforma has a variety of group sessions planned, including:  

• Sales Time!: On the morning of conference day one at 9:30 a.m., join this group session focused on exploring the brand new Dataforma sales module!  
• Project Management: Moving beyond service management, see how Dataforma is helping contractors manage their general projects. This session begins at 1:15 p.m. on day one. 
• Estimating and Inspections: Close out day one with a 45-minute group session (starting at 3:15 p.m.) about Dataforma’s development of an estimating module and the new ability to send proposals through the Dataforma mobile app.  
• Integrations and API: Kick off day two at 9:30 a.m. with a group session all about integrations between Dataforma and industry leaders like QXO.  
• What are You Looking For?: Close out your time at Dataforma PSU 2025 with a session all about finding your voice! The Dataforma team will host their final group session at 1 p.m. on day two so they can hear feedback directly from attendees. 

Beyond the agenda 

In addition to the full agenda of education sessions and roundtables, Dataforma PSU is a place to network and relax with your peers! There will be a Dataforma Reception at the end of day one where you can network and learn from like-minded contractors and professionals!
