Fostering customer loyalty

APOC Fostering customer loyalty
November 3, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.

By Jessica Bravo.

Spread the word, APOC is offering a Contractor Pro Loyalty Program!

In a recent episode of CoatingsCast, Heidi J. Ellsworth sat with Kyle Infante and Anthony Martin from APOC to discuss the importance of strong partnerships in the roofing industry.

Kyle noted, "Customer loyalty is really a two-way street... it's not just a customer being loyal to our product, it's us being loyal to them at the same time." This sentiment reflects APOC's dedication to providing value not only through its products but also through meaningful connections with contractors. The Contractor Pro Loyalty Program aims to create a reciprocal loyalty dynamic between APOC and its customers. Anthony elaborated, “What stands out the most is always being the first call.” The program enhances this relationship by offering various incentives designed to support contractors in their business endeavors.

The program includes several features that set it apart from competitors. It operates at no additional cost to participants and offers rewards based on purchases, as well as training and lead generation opportunities. The program consists of three tiers, allowing contractors to engage according to their level of participation and commitment. The program's user-friendly interface enables participants to easily track their progress and benefits.

Contractors earn points for every purchase made, which can be redeemed for various rewards, including trips, raffles and gifts such as electronics and jewelry. The program offers regular training sessions, particularly beneficial for commercial contractors. These classes ensure that participants are well-versed in the proper use of APOC products, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Signing up for the Contractor Pro Loyalty Program is straightforward

As APOC continues to innovate, its loyalty program highlights a commitment to building long-term relationships with its contractors. Anthony pointed out, “It's just something that's evolutionary... it gives people the reaffirmed insurance that APOC is here to last.” Through this initiative, APOC demonstrates its dedication to being a trusted partner in the roofing industry.
