Create a seamless selling experience

Ingage Zoom Sales Call
December 9, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

By Dani Sheehan.

Spend less time flipping through presentations and more time listening to customers when you use Ingage for your in-home sales presentations.

As the year comes to a close, it’s often the best time to assess your processes and procedures to determine what needs to be tweaked for the next year. Maybe you’ll spend some time praising what’s been working well, and maybe you’ll find a few areas that need an overhaul.

If you’re looking for changes to your in-home sales practices and technology stack, you won’t want to miss Season 5, Episode 62 of Roofing Road Trips®. In this episode, Heidi J. Ellsworth sits down with Cody Carnes of Ingage to discuss the success of using digital information and high-quality content when selling in the home. Learn about some of his best practices and see how you can improve the selling experience for your salespeople and your customers in the coming year!

Ingage works day in and day out with roofing sales professionals to help them improve their sales game by using the right presentation and the right technology. As Cody mentions, the pandemic really changed the way people buy and sell in the home, and it is now more important than ever to have the right technology stack to help navigate the conversation and answer your customers’ questions. Not only do Ingage presentations allow you to better cater the conversation to the customer sitting in front of you, but it allows you to integrate with other technology too.

Cody explains, “We’ve created a very seamless experience with all the price quoting tools in the space... Or take photos of inspection work or even work you’ve done and be able to easily lay that into your presentation to show in the home. Our focus is to really create that seamless experience, not only in Ingage, but also out of Ingage with other tools as well.”

This isn’t limited to just in-home or synchronous video calls during the selling process. Cody says, “You can also take the links to presentations and share them to people via a web browser... Once you open it up, it’s going to look like you’re in the Ingage app.” The consistency in the content will add to that seamless experience, whether your team or your customer is viewing the content.

Read the transcript or Listen to the podcast episode to learn more about this sales technology and what analytics are available to you when you utilize Ingage.
