To ensure every new team member feels supported from day one, we’ve integrated Playbook Builder into our onboarding process. This tool houses all of our procedures and training materials, making it easy for new hires to learn at their own pace and reference materials anytime they need.

Structured support and constant communication

Once onboarded, new team members are never left to figure things out alone. Our team leads play a key role in checking in with staff, answering questions and providing ongoing support. We also hold bi-weekly agency-wide meetings, sales team meetings and weekly producer/account manager meetings to ensure everyone is aligned, empowered and in-the-know.
