The Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) is an experienced, vibrant, and passionate sales professional responsible for Professional Strategic Account growth efforts of all MTL building envelope strategic accounts products including Metal-Era, Citadel Architectural Products, and Hickman Edge Systems. Professional Strategic Accounts are multi-location decision makers such as Consultants, Architects, Brick and Mortar Architects, and specifiers who direct the purchasing of metal components for multi-location accounts. The SAM develops and executes the plan, along with the Director of Building Envelope (DOE), to manage and grow new strategic professional account revenue and margins at MTL, as well as manage and grow existing strategic professional accounts’ revenue and margins.
There is a team of Strategic Accounts Managers at MTL Holdings. Each SAM has a primary vertical target audience focus for relationship management and development. The current opening is within the Multi-Location Accounts team which includes our retail, restaurant, convenience, and hospitality groups.
Since this role is largely a travel-based national role, we are open to alternate and remote options, so long as centralized access to a major airport hub makes regular travel reasonable.
