Spray Foam Superintendent

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Foam Roofing Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of foam roofing systems, including the application techniques, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient management of resources. Vehicle allowance with Vehicle repair program or company vehicle Responsibilities: Supervise and lead roofing projects, ensuring that all aspects of the installation comply with company standards and client expectations. Understand and implement the correct usage of various foams, monitoring yield and spray temperatures to guarantee optimal application quality. Troubleshoot issues related to off-ratio and improperly laid foam, making immediate corrections to maintain project integrity. Extensive knowledge of foam machines, including operation, maintenance, and repair. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with both roofing equipment and transportation vehicles. Manage project timelines, adapting quickly to changes in project scope or manpower needs. Perform quality control checks, walking job sites to identify and resolve issues promptly. Educate and lead crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and build strong relationships with general contractors and clients. Basic computer skills for project management and reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Foam Roofing Superintendent or similar leadership role in commercial roofing. Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of hydraulics and air-driven pumps. Ability to read and interpret technical data related to coatings, millage rates, and application coverage. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure. Strong leadership and crew management abilities.
