A Service Foreman for our roofing division is in charge of all company workers on a construction site. The Service Foreman may have to replace damaged items or materials, ensure that plans are being followed and that the work area is clean and safe.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the job is done well, have good time management and reach targets and goals
Check the quality of materials and workmanship
Be familiar with local building codes
Ability to operate hand-tools and have knowledge in job-site safety
Ability to be a positive team example with excellent communication skills

Requirements:

Commercial roofing experience on asphalt and single ply systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work at heights 10ft and higher
Ability to climb ladders
Ability for occasional travel
Full Time: Monday- Friday and occasional weekends
Able to lift heavy objects, up to 50lbs regularly
Ability to cut various materials (wood, metal etc.) with precise measurements
