SRS Building Products (formerly Aloha Roofing Supply) is located in Kapaa and is a leader in roofing and building materials, proudly serving Hawaii’s building professionals and homeowners. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and assist customers in finding the right roofing and building solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with product inquiries and orders • Develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners • Prepare quotes and provide product recommendations based on customer needs • Stay informed about the latest roofing materials and industry trends • Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with the operations team • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Qualifications: • Sales experience preferred, ideally in construction or building materials • Roofing knowledge is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems) We Offer: • Competitive compensation package • On-the-job training and growth opportunities • Friendly, supportive team environment • Full-time position with consistent hours
