Now Hiring Industrial Roofing Foreman

Water Control Roofing Company is currently hiring an industrial roofing foreman. Water Control Roofing is a family owned roofing company that was founded in 1985. We specialize in industrial settings, anf install all types of low slope roofing membranes. We specialize in BUR and modified, but we also install KEE, TPO, EPDM, and coatings.

The requirements for this position are following:

Minimum of 8 years low slope roofing foreman experience

10 years of low slope roofing experience

Knowledge of BUR and modified roof systems

HIgh standard for quality

The ability to manage a crew with up to 20 employees on it

Keep all safety regulations

Run a production crew at a fast pace

Good people person

The ability to work with upper management

Conduct daily safety meetings

Authorized to work in the United States
