Front Counter Customer Service Salesperson (Kapaa)

SRS Building Products is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Salesperson. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a company that values hard work and aloha spirit, we want to hear from you! The position has room for growth for the right person. Hours Monday – Friday. Responsibilities include: • Assisting customers with product selection and orders • Providing excellent customer service in person and by phone • Processing sales and returns accurately • Coordinating with the warehouse team to fulfill orders • Learning and sharing product knowledge with customers Ideal candidate: • Friendly and reliable with strong communication skills • Comfortable working with computers and point-of-sale systems • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Previous sales or construction materials experience is a plus (but not required) We offer: • Competitive pay, health insurance, 401K • On-the-job training • Opportunities for growth • A supportive team environment
