Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to oversee commercial and occasional residential roofing projects throughout South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both flat and sloped roofing systems, understand Florida Building Codes, or have strong construction experience (willing to train, BUT must have some roofing experience and/or exterior construction knowledge and experience), and be capable of managing field crews, safety compliance, and project quality control from start to finish. Responsibilities: Supervise daily roofing operations and coordinate crews on multiple job sites Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with office staff Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards Manage material deliveries, equipment, and site readiness Assist with inspections and punch-out work as needed Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial and residential roofing or construction in Florida Strong knowledge of Florida Building Codes and local inspection requirements Proven leadership and communication skills Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be able to speak and read English fluently Compensation: Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications If you’re looking to join a respected, family-owned company with a solid reputation and long-term team, we’d love to hear from you.
