Do you wear work gloves? Do you wear a wedding band while working?

I used to hate wearing work gloves, but I've gotten used to wearing them. Wearing them really has reduced the cuts, burns and other hand injuries. Do you require your men to wear th>>>

Gloves are for girls:) Jewelry is for kings:laugh: Well anyway I wore gloves(brownies or leathers) for hot and torch.I wore rubber working with adhesives.Never wore gloves for shingling and once upon a time I threw shingle tear off off the roof and my wed>>>

wywoody - That's an interesting idea. Certainly wouldn't have to worry about them being the wrong size. How much tape does it take to make a glove? Obviously, the tape makes for a single use glove. :laugh:>>>

I wore my wedding ring for one day at work. I dropped a bundle of shingles on my hand and bent it prtty good. I took it off and gaive it to my wife and told her I would wear it anytime she wanted me to when we went out but never again when I was working>>>

a friend of mine was climbing down a ladder at a house and when he was about 3 rungs from the bottom hopped off the ladder and caught his ring on a nail sticking out of the fascia and ripped his finger off at the nuckle>>>

I always wear gloves because of psoriasis in the palm of my hands. I can keep it under control if I keep my hands clean. Dirt will dry them out and they split to the meat in two days if I don't. Even something as simple as a clean pair of jersey glove>>>
