I agree with both. My contracts always state "weather permitting". That covers the company in almost ANY weather scenario. Been to court or threatened over this one too many times. And always, always, always give a courtisy call to the customer and info>>>

I think communication is key. We explain about how rain days and unexpected project delays impact the schedule.

I think it's important to call people if you've had a lot of rain. If we get pretty much rained out one week, the customer won't remember>>>
