Estimating that would scare the heck out of me. I would take those "numbers you can read" and multiply by 2.

185 sq. $240K (should have been more like 280 in retrospect) 2166 man hours How do you estimate one like this? Paint number on your thumb, stick it up your giggy and write down the numbers you can read. LOL

Jobs like that are not for the faint of heart, that's for sure. You definitely need steady nerves, plenty of manpower and plenty of knowledge. The stress would drive me nuts. Thanks for taking the time to load up the pix.>>>

I loved the 'bonehead' section! This series of pictures takes me down memory lane to where I started in '66 or '67! I didn't know what resi was for the first couple of years. And i spent a lot of time under AC's like those.>>>
