Hello Roofers!!!!!!!!! We're opening a new sales office that we want to be a lot more organized than we have been in the past. I was wondering if anyone has used charts to track jobs that are industry specific? Or if anyone could give me feedback on how they track jobs. We have a job tracking software but still like to have a big chart with a list of jobs and where there are. Any help would be appreciated!!!
Here's mine:

Forman name on left, job names on magnet strips, moved to forman's column in the appropriate date when scheduled. In this case, two large jobs had all crews located on two jobs. On the far right where the jobs-in-holding are waiting to be moved to the schedule, we also write in the estimated number of crew days for the job.
What we have in our office is a very simple sheet of metal from the metal shop. White. We use magnets designed for index cards and simply have the jobs up like that. We have it designed for 6 weeks out. This also gives us our cash-flow measurements. Hope that helps.
