Don't worry Chuck, she's been after me for months to do spot in the paper. I did some checking on your ex-company (you are Charles Smith, right?) Quite interesting. Are you out of Pinellas county? Also looked up the publication you mentioned. Now THAT I don't know about. You're out of Baltimore originally? I've always been suspect of bible thumper types and this fits that to a "T". Personally I (and I'm quite sure a lot more here) have been screwed over in the name of Lord more times than I can remember. Just a sucker for a good pitch I guess ;) ;) I think there's a lot more to your story, as Paul Harvey used to say, but if you don't want to share your success stories with the rest of us I guess we'll have to draw our own conclusions.

OK......now we're gettin' someplace. What was the license number of this failed company? What happened to it? What were the other roofing companies called (that you "owned") and their license numbers? You say you still do "a roof every now and then and perhaps a repair or two", how do you do this without a state license, insurance etc. You must know the state license requirements in Florida, right? I think we all just want to know where a man comes from thus giving insight into attitude, motive, etc. As far as the "Shepherds Guide" (sp?). What kind of rag is this and where can I check it out? You've got me curious now, share your history with us. You sound like a very interesting person........

Jet One of the roofing business I owned , The Roofsimth way back in the day , before you took your exam for your CCC lic. As I have always maintained I have semi retired. I will do a roof every now and then perhaps a repair or two. I have no idea why that is so important or such a threat to such a huge roofing company such as yours . I have never concealed that I now work part time for the insurance industry . I dunno I guess you need to satisfy some inner urge ????????? not that it make any different. I use my initials as my signature, not some weird initials to hide behind. I advertise in several state-wide monthly publications and ran a four color ad in yesterday's Orlando Sentinel so I'm easy to find. Let's hear about you.........>>>

BTW, you've got too many numbers in my license number, must be the drug kickin' in ;) ;) As far as "experience" is concerned I started my first construction company in 1975 and built over 40 houses my first year in business. My roofing company started in 1986 and to date I'm quite certain we've installed more single-ply sheet than any other poster here. I highly doubt you could carry my jock when it comes to industry "experience". I guess what I'm "stuck" on here (regarding "ethics or morality") is the question I have about who you really are and why you come here. What other sites do you frequent? I've read the investment deals you've pushed and the various other "nefarious" things you've come up with. Just curious about who you are, that's all........

Not "confused" at all CIAK......just like to know who I'm communicating with here at RCS. I know there are more than a few FL members here who don't have a license and (for some strange reason) they seem to be some of the more "vocal" members, yourself included. IF you have a CCC number just put it up, no biggie. If you don't then I know where you're coming from on everything you post here and will reply accordingly.

It I had money to burn, I'd probbaly invest in dinars because little is needed to possibly/potentially make a lot. And money to burn, means i wouldn't miss what I lose if that happens. I think it's a scam myself, but NOT Ciak's. He's going with it to see what happens. :laugh:>>>
