I got a call from a homeowner who lost a few shingles from Tropical Storm Fay. From the ground, they said they could see bare plywood. There is actually a hole in the plywood and the damage doesn't look new to me. The house was a modular and it's abo>>>

Around here if the wood gets wet the squirrels might chew through it.

I had a friend that had a hole in his roof that was either caused by lightning or something frozen fell out of an airplane. He's under the flight path for approach to out airport.
