what is your best place to go to further your education in roofing without having to travel too far and without dealing with the union? i live in nj. besides courses through the manufacturer and the vegas convention(i hate that place)...commercial roofi>>>

Firestone's Beech Grove facility in Indianapolis. It was a FANTASTIC program and well worth your time and money! Especially if you want to learn the "right" way of installing TPO and EPDM.
