Cedar Shake

I'm hoping to get some insight on man hours needed to remove and install cedar shake.

The shake is on lathe, 32sq very cut up no area larger thann 6sq, 80ft of valley 160ft steps 180ft hip and ridge. There is alot going on with this one. Putting 24in>>>

How steep and how many stories? What is access like? Scaffolding needed? If it is that cut up, I would do it by hand. It takes too much time to drag everything around on a small side. It depends on how wide the shakes are too. A good shaker will put>>>

It's hard to say. Each crew has there own speed. You know your crew better then we do. Look at each section realistically. How long to remove, clean up and install new. ADD IT UP AND THEN DOUBLE IT. I did one early this year that was 70 square but no sec>>>
