About Latinos En Roofing
Latinos En Roofing began in 2018 from Amparo Sancen's realization that Latino people were not getting the access to training and educational events they desired. It began with members of three companies meeting to share knowledge in a coffee shop in Dallas, Texas and has grown into a network of 30 companies across multiple states. The organization focuses on providing accessible training for the Latino community at no cost in order to build up the community's confidence and feed their hunger for learning.
