Randy Osha: Hey everybody, my name is Randy Osha. I am the customer service manager at Flash. And, uh, we are here at the IRE celebrating our 25th anniversary is a company, so a special one for us. We have a few tables here, so I was gonna walk you through just, uh, a few of our products. Flashcard started 25 years ago making lead roof flashings and accessories. And about 2008, we, uh, added our single ply product line. So we have prefabricated, single-ply accessories, everything from a split flashing, basic split flashing to a, uh, the large gravity vents. These are available in sizes as large as 24 inch by 24 inch, um, for attic ventilation, large ventilation spaces. Um, we have walkway rolls right now. There actually happens to be a mega deal on the gray. If anyone's interested in TPO, we laminate our own coated metal and, uh, can bend it up in any profile. 

Randy Osha: We have a lot of different colors, both TPO and PVC. We can also offer it pres skirted, which this is an example of that installed right here. Um, just to save you a little more time, allow you to, uh, run your, run your seamer on the roof at the edges rather than hand welding. Um, yeah, sometimes they're huge. We have all kinds of vents. This is an example of a T top vent. This is designed for a fan exhaust, but it has a screen in there. It's somewhat universal. You can use it for a variety of different things. Conical flashings right here. These are designed to fit a variety of different pipe sizes. It's a more economical version of like the standard step one to six and, uh, you know, a little more customizable. So you're not dealing with, you know, your, your large step space gap in the flashing. 

Randy Osha: So right here we have an example of our retrofit drain. You can see the water ponding in here coming in and out. So flash codes, retrofit drain is unique. There's no special tooling required, so there's no bolt that goes down in here that allows for the expansion. This is free. This gasket right here is called a super seal and it's designed to fit in standard pipe sizes, 2, 3, 4, 5 and six. There are custom options available, but this gasket seal is only available for two inch, three inch, four inch, five inch and six inch. It's all installed with a nine 16th inch bolt on here. So no special tooling required. And this goes in the TPO flange comes pre-attached. There's a butyl ring in here to prevent any, uh, water backup leakage, anything like that. And uh, this also serves as a compression seal with your uh, TPO membrane flange. 

Randy Osha: This right here is a fantastic product. It's meant for standard plumbing vent pipe flashings. Um, this is called a flash cap. So this is a cylinder flashing right here. This happens to be a standard three inch pipe. And this is a counter flashing. So this cap here, the inside goes inside of your plumbing pipe and the outside goes outside of the pipe flashing. This eliminates any clamp or caulking needed. And, um, this is a TPO compound, so you can actually tack weld it straight to the flashing and, uh, it's a lot cleaner of a look than a lot of the other, um, plumbing pipe flashings in the market. And this cap is a better counter flashing. There's no maintenance needed. You don't have to go up and check on the caulking or the clamp or anything like that. This back wall here represents a lot of our products that go on or through walls. So a great product of ours is our through wall scupper. This one is an example of one that's designed to sit flat on the roof deck. And this is ready to install. This is a pre-attached membrane flange here, so absolutely ready to go through your drain hole in the parapet wall and just heat weld right to your field membrane. This is a massive time saver. They've come pre-attached with corners as well. 

Randy Osha: This is a square top vent. These are popular in a lot of markets. It's, uh, intended for attic ventilation. This is an easy flapper vent right here. So this is a unique product. Um, it's a one way it has the flappers and it's unique because the flapper isn't located inside on the disc. It's located on either side here. So these are for fans, dryer, exhaust, things of that nature. These are two examples of different wall vents as well. So these are for venting parapet walls. We have our Louvre wall vent here, and then we have what we call our parapet wall vent. These are more customizable, can be, uh, used for different sizes and variations of height and width that you have are sealant pockets, of course. Um, this is a, an anchor, a bolt anchor. You see it a lot in the, uh, the solar industry, but it's also used in a lot of markets to mount Unistrut where your air conditioning and other heavy items can be, um, placed on the unistrut strut. And, uh, another one of our staples, our, uh, breather vent. These are available in one way or two way. This is the smaller option. Um, but the square top as well can be ordered in one way, in two way as well.
