About Turner Morris
Founded in 1992 by two commercial roofers, Turner Morris was built to raise the bar in roofing—focusing on safety, character, competence, and commitment.

Position Details
Lead and manage on-site operations for commercial and sloped roofing projects.

  • Supervising crews and ensuring OSHA safety compliance
  • Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment
  • Inspecting/documenting progress with CRM system & photos
  • Ensuring quality workmanship and correcting deficiencies
  • Communicating with clients and internal teams
  • Coaching foremen/crew in safety, skills, and efficiency
  • Supporting pre-construction walkthroughs and closeouts
  • Managing warranty tasks and service coordination
  • Among other responsibilities.

Schedule & Location

  • Full time, Exempt, Salaried /Monday to Friday
  • 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM/ Overtime may be required.
  • Summit & Grand County, Colorado

Pay range & Benefits

  • $90,000-$105,000/year (DOE)

Requirements

  • 5+ years roofing crew management (shingles, metal, tile, EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)
  • Strong leadership & accountability skills
  • Clear written/verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office & field software)
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Frequent access to roofs, ladders, and elevated work zones
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and carry tools and materials regularly
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in mountainous environments year-round
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by jobsite conditions
  • Reasonable accommodation available upon request
