No, scrapple (krepples to Ohio Amish) is traditionally a head-meat concoction with a lot of flour and corn meal. I make my own (albeit with good quality meats). Grandma once made the real stuff, and gramps opened up the pot to find two eyeballs>>>

The lovely Mrs. just finished her Christmas cookies, about 9 different kinds i think, and I got home late after shopping for the little party we are having before sending everyone home for Christmas. She didn't seem to concerned that I had not eaten.

Coastal Rugged cheddar cheese from England In unprocessed cream and butter ( live food ) not pasteurized . White pepper , parsley from our herb garden . Really excellent cheese sauce . Over macaroni's . Oh yeah that was good . MMMM !!!!>>>
