How much would you say it costs to fully equip for tpos and pvcs, assuming all equipment is bought new?>>>

There is certainly no need for a crane for most people. When you're used to the convenience, it's hard to do without, but considering you can have whatever you need put on a roof for a couple hundred bucks, it's a real luxury, but in no way a necessit>>>

If it is a low roof, we'll genset on the ground and laddivator the welder up. Other times we'll get a reach lift if we're moving a lot of materials around the jobsite or we'll have our dist set the mats up with their crane and then get a local crane>>>

What kind of equip do you own to get materials & equip up? Reach lifts,rent cranes (I know MikeH owns his own)?>>>

We've purchased used equipment and actually got started with abut $5,000.00. That was when the Variant was still around. Got it and a genset and did a ton of work. Upgraded to the Varimat (used) for about $3500 and now have two welders. Also purchase>>>

There are some distributors that rent walking welders and gensets.>>>

A Leister walking welder will run about $7500.00 new w/case,a 12000 watt genset about $3400.00,50a cord,30a cord,spider box,add $13-1500.00. A hand held leister about $400.00,some distributors sell kits w/nozzle and roller for around $450.00.Average nozzl>>>
