Sun tunnel blog

Hi,

Had my computer crashed. Was starting computer,the first thing I was going to do. Go to Carbonite.com. Never got the chance. Timing was a little off. LOL So I am almost back to operating again.

I started a blog on skylights and suntunnels.

I believe that skylights would have become the focal point of the room. The sun tunnels just light the room up.>>>

That is a mighty nice looking living room . I took out two 2x4 skylights in my front room . I put in one 14 " solar tube . Much nicer . Here in Florida where the sun shines damn near every day . It is a blessing to cut down the amount of sunlight in the house. I have a 64x 46 sky window over the sink in the kitchen. Last week my neighbor and I constructed a pitched roof over the window. It is an open frame with a opaque roofing panels. The heat that the window generates during the summer is Whoa hot . I have huge century old Oaks over the house in the back .
