Standing Seam Prices

We've been slammed with a bunch of single ply work and got a call on a standing seam job. The project is about 28 deck squares, 12/12 pitch, straight gabled roof but has an intersecting gable/dormer on one side, Interlocking 16" oc panel. It's a dire>>>

Berridge Mfg cee lock panels. We roll form them on site. The coils are about $88 per square plus clips and screws. We fabricate all trim using sheet metal from the coils as well.>>>

That seems kind of low Roofer J. What kind of Standing seam are you installing? We get near that for exposed fastened panels. Heck, my material costs are almost $300 a square.>>>

I'm from South Texas and down here we charge around $525 - $675 per Sq over solid decks.>>>

I would be around $850 a sqr. for a walkable roof. A 12:12 I would probably come in around $1200 a Sqr.>>>
