Recently someone implied that my theory about pricing is always to bid as low as possible. I think Price Theory is a lot more complex than that person has a clue about.
I think a lot of roofers want to make it simpler than it really is.

It is true that there is a savings in volume. In reality, for most of the roofing and construction world, the price cuts come from illegal activity. I for one would be pissed if my supplier was cutting deals, even to their own employees who do installs on>>>
There is a big difference between roofing 2 houses a montha dn roofing 200 though. You can loose money a lot faster than you can make it: and there is a thing called overhead too. 200 of anything sounds like a lot of headaches to me. JMHO>>>
