New Employment Requirement - Must be Potty Trained

I got a call this morning from an angry foreman bitching about not picking up any of the employees on the way to work. Apparently, he picked up one of the laborers and the guy pissed himself while sitting in his truck. The laborer is the same kid I wrote about a few months ago who bit his finger off. Sounds like it's time to give this kid a promotion.>>>

Man i remember the days of rounding up the workers! Waiting for them to finish getting ready. Each one, One at a time. What a pain in the arse! All the times i went to their house and they would not come out or answer the door or phone! lol Like they just vanished off the face of the earth but would magically reappear the next day! Usually Friday aka payday! I worked for a guy that just had everyone meet at McDonalds at 7 am. If you were there you get to go to work if you weren't there at 7 when he came no need to call just show up the next day at 7. That seemed to work out well for him. There were always 7-10 guys there every morning.>>>

The guy wont even stop top take a pee... He's a keeper :laugh:>>>
