Yep, get them all the time along with faxes and even got 3 "money makers" in the US mail. The ones in the US mail look incredibly legit and even have a real person on the other end of the phone that they tell you to call with any questions. They send you a check for $4995.00 and tell you that it is compensation for buying whatever they specify. You are to send them the registration form and fee of $1500.00 (money order) and then go buy whatever it is.
Unfortunately, the check (although it looks real and has all the watermarks) belongs to an account that does not exist and by the time it goes through the channels at the bank, you have already bought the money order and sent it off. You have a $4995.00 bounced check along with all the fees associated with it and they have a quick $1500.00.
