Material hoisting problem

How do you ramp up production by loading a roof 250' in the air, without using cranes?

Here are the parameters of the job:

1. Retractable roof is 250 feet high 2. Cannot place crane inside stadium bowl 3. Cannot use lattice boom or tower crane 4. Cannot secure material hoist to exterior of building 5. Hurricane season begins in 8 days

We have run low on ideas to resolve this issue, and the concept of hand-loading is ridiculous. Any realistic suggestions will be gratefully taken.

EDIT: The GC wants us to ramp up production, but is not allowing us the use of cranes or secured material hoists.

We've found a helicopter crane company that can handle the job. If we work out the details, I will be sure to take some photos and videos and post them on YouTube.

The max weight on the pallets is about 3000 #. We are loading ISO and Securock.

I don't know but there was a phone number on that website and you could get a good answer in five minutes.

You really don't have any other choice other than to tell the GC that you'll do the job if he stages the materials.

The helicopter is expensive but miracles are twice as much.

Last price I knew for the copter was $6,500. an hour. That was in 1986. I imagine it's gone up a bit by now ;)

BTW, the blades put out a hurricane force wind, and anything loose near it must be secured or removed.
