Spied this little sweetheart near a job today. After I got done being fascinated, I got a little scared. In the wild, the color red usually doesn't mean good.

Good thing you didn't touch it. That's a fly ageric, a member of the amanita family, aka "The Death Cap" and "Destroying Angel". Most people don't touch this one cuz it's so easily recognized, but many of the other amanitas look terribly similar>>>
