Historically, I've felt very comfortable knowing that I could always slap a lien on a property if the owner doesn't pay us. With many mortgaged property owners upside down (more debt than the property is worth) is anyone worried about liens being worth>>>

I never thought of that before. If they are upside down, it is to their advantage to walk away. That is why we get 50% down and the balance upon completion. At least our materials are paid for before we start!>>>
