These are old shots. Deep fried CSPE with a little avian garnish of various sorts. I can't shake the smell. Rinse. Coat w/what you can get to stick. Repeat. They keep calling. We keep sending proposals to replace with Fibertite.

Probably my biggest pet peeve with Hyp is the "red tide". If there is bird poop on the Hyp, it gets a red algae/fungus? in the ponding areas and I get sicker than a dog if I come anywhere near it.
Hyp doesn't handle color tints well either I think. Ow>>>
At least the grease kept the lichens from taking hold on the hypalon. That's what seems to kill all the JPS and Conklin hypalons around here. Never seen a roof product promote lichen growth like hypalon.>>>

target has an in house crew? since when. I used to service 2 of them back in like 01-02 I think.>>>
Not sure about BK around here but I do know that the Eat N Parks are Durolast. They seem to be holding up relatively well around the exhaust vents. A bit slick but doing good.>>>
1st and 3rd shots are BKs. Of the 5 BKs here, 4 are JPS Hyp, 1 BUR-3 w/gravel.
I've never heard of BK having a crew. The only "big" outfit that I know for sure has an in-house roofing crew is Target.>>>
