The topic came up at our monthly board meeting last Wednesday. Over the past 10 years, our annual turnover rate has hovered around 24%. As of October our rate is up to 27%. Of course the issue is very complex because we don't know how the changes in t>>>

I suppose the size of the organization has a lot to do with it too. We are small in size and we try and keep 3 or 4 of us busy 10 months of the year. that is not too dificult for me even in Michigan.>>>
