twill I understand the position you present. In a lot of storm events as stated many times it is impossible for the local guys to do all the work. That is a reality . It is hard on the contractor who has worked in a community for so long and has and feels a responsibility to that community. A lot of the stormers have a responsibility to their bottom line. How much can we make on this claim or job. All of that is well understood whether it is mentioned or not . Now the smart contractor might be asking himself what can I do to capitalize on this event ? The truth is the stormers will never go away . I think it would be more productive to brainstorm how to best capitalize on the current situation . I think this is where I'm misunderstood . I am trying to educate on the process. I didn't create it I can't make it go away .>>>

I absolutely despise working with an insurance adjuster on a claim. For me that has always been between the h/o and their insurance company. When those two get done haggling over it if they need my services im more than willing. lol>>>

We use contingency contracts, got one signed yesterday.Looks like all they do is storm work, never in one place long enough to get a real customer base.I believe they were in New Orleans after katrina like every other storm chasing sleaze ball! They come here no license,no insurance and claim were licensed and insured.I like the bonded part a real bond on a residential job, yea i believe that one.Fully insured means they full coverage on thier truck.>>>

The smart money is what where this guy is going for a lot of you residential guys. He lays it out in real and simple terms how the insurance company pays with the supplement contingency. It works despite what has been hacked and dribbled on here. You can learn a lot from this guys web site , that is everyone butt McRosey who doesn't like anyone pointing to someone else's experiences or web sites for direction .>>>
