NWiR Educational Session at Best of Success

Join National Women in Roofing (NWiR) at Best of Success 2019 for an inspiring educational session for women only.

Event Title: Know Your Worth at Work (and how to leverage it)! 

Description: Ever struggle with asserting your ideas or asking for what you want at work? A higher level of responsibility, an improved title, a new business strategy, an HR decision or a host of other items? If so, it is time to for an honest conversation about determining and asserting your worth in your workplace. Stop second guessing yourself and learn how to have those hard conversations. Join us for this interactive session on how to quantify your worth, the pitfalls we can get caught in, how to overcome them and how to articulate and demonstrate your worth when negotiating new opportunities, as well as creating opportunities from a current situation. You will leave this session armed with a fresh perspective and appreciation for the power you hold, plus the tactics and strategies you can begin to put in place immediately to help you grow the career you desire! Doors open at 2:00pm, followed by time for a presentation, mentoring circles and networking. 

Cost: $15 for NWiR members, $40 for non-members (join NWiR as a member first to receive the member rate).
