A meeting to discuss a job-related dispute…a review of a struggling performer…an unhappy customer…termination of an employee. What do all these things have in common? They’re difficult conversations. These issues will never be easy to address, but the conversations can be made easier to handle when you are properly prepared. Join us for the MBCEA Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s next program called “Handling Hard Conversations” to learn some strategies to better manage these challenging situations. Josh Quinter will share his experiences as a lawyer and leadership consultant with years of experience having hard conversations, including words to avoid, body language, the location of the meeting, and other helpful tips. The session will equip you to go into your next hard conversation with a good plan.
