Focusing on the challenges of a shrinking labor force, Ellsworth will look at the initiatives for recruiting more diversity in gender, ethnicity and age into roofing while also focusing on the importance of new technologies on the roof and in product performance. Lastly, she will visit the current initiatives surrounding roofing professionalism and how it is changing the image of roofing today.
