Founded by Tracey Donels, a seasoned 15-year roofing industry operations leader with proven experience to transform service departments. His leadership and oversight grew a $800,000/year service business into a $8.5 Million/year service machine excelling in efficiency and profitability.

Tracey was previously the Vice President of Services at KPost Company in Dallas, TX. He has also served as a Board of Director and Commitee Chair for the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association. He has spoken at numerous events including Best of Success, MRCA Expo and the International Roofing Expo. Tracey is a graduate of the University of Iowa and of NRCA's Future Executive Institute Class 5.
