2025 ORCA Annual Golf Tournament and General Meeting

Registration is now open for the 2025 ORCA Annual Golf Tournament, sponsored by US Fleet Tracking. This year's event will be hosted at Gaillardia Country Club in Northwest Oklahoma City on Monday, August 25 with a 12 p.m. shotgun start. Early registration will open at 9:30 a.m. and our General Meeting of the membership will begin at 10:30 a.m.

Our Premium Hole Sponsorships went fast last year, so if you'd like more info and/or to reserve a spot to make sure your company has a presence on a hole for the tournament, you're encouraged to jump on this opportunity as soon as possible. Please contact Avery Smith to discuss additional sponsorship opportunities that may not be listed on our tournament website. 

There are two team options available - The Elite Team Package (sponsored by HailTrace) which includes a foursome, putting contest entry, raffle tickets and drink tickets for all players on the team. The second option includes entry fees for a foursome only. We are looking forward to a great day of golf, networking and much more at a top notch OKC golf venue and encourage you to be a part of it all.
