MFM Building Products: Wind & Water Seal
MFM Wind & Water Seal is a self-adhering, 40 mil HIGH TEMPERATURE underlayment composed of a non-slip white/gray polymer film laminated to a rubberized asphalt adhesive system. It is engineered for use under all roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, shake or concrete shingles, and clay tiles. Prevents ice build-up and damage from wind-driven rain. Available in a roll size of 36" X 67' (200 sq ft). Packaged one roll per carton. 10-Year warranty.
